Airtel — issue after network upgrade

Recently i have upgraded my existing airtel sim to 4g after the company asked me that i will face disconnection if i don't do the same. On 16.10.2017, i have upgraded my sim and network to 4g on my existing number [protected] and the company and its representatives told me that the 4g connection will be activated within 24 hrs and i will be able to avail the benefits. Now on 18.10.2017 i am yet to avail any kind of such benefits for the upgrading i have done to my existing number. I have repeatedly contacted the airtel customer care executives but they are yet to provide any kind of solution. Every single time i have to provide them the same details about the issue again and again as their executives keep changing. Provided are the screenshots where you can notice that i am still on 3g network after doing the upgrade.
