Airtel — issue to claim activation charge | |||
Hi, I have applied for airtel broad band on 7th feb, 2018 and have been asked to pay installation charges rs 500/- and promised to install within 72 hrs. Even after multiple follow up, no installation has done. We cant able to contact customer care if we do not have an airtel phone num. Even i got one num from customer care that we can call from non airtel network for the status but the num is not working. Atlast i have mailed to customer care about the issue and has been promised to payback the amount within 5 days but not paid yet. Again, i have raised, they told it will be done in again 3 days. Those 3 days are also finished. These people are making the customers to suffer and are not keeping their promise. I want the money back and want to take suitable action against the.
