[Resolved] Airtel — Issue with Internet Broadband since long & not resolved yet | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am facing so much of issues with my broadband connection from last more than one month. Net connection is going off frequently on definite intervals like 5-10 each for long time.And even it's not working at all from last week. I have raised this concern with Airtel support team and their Technician/Engineer tried to look into this but they not able to figure out the issue yet and nothing is working as of now. I have sent so many communications to the team but nothing done as of now. I got really frustrated with this & I asked them to cut my connection make it off completely but they are neither able to resolve it and nor doing connection cut.So I would request you to please help me if possible.
