Airtel — Last 8 months I tried to convert Airtel Black to Prepaid of 4 Mobile Numbers, 40 time's I approached to Airtel Stores and 121 No.

My 1st request is on January 13th 2022 to convert Airtel Black to Airtel Prepaid, your Airtel people was not even raised the request, Vijayawada Airtel Stores employees mistake.

Even tho i paid 2nd time Rs. 5, 461 on May 4th 2022 and raised 2nd time request to convert Airtel Black into Airtel prepaid. Not done upto now.

Why Airtel people charged Rs. 9 seperately and not included of bill amount of Rs. 5, 461. why Airtel Customer Care Number 121 people given false commitment of convert Rs. 9 into 0 amount and then do unbundled of Airtel Black into prepaid of 4 SIM's on after payment of Rs. 5, 461 on May 4th 2022.

Because of Vijayawada Airtel Stores people and Airtel Customer Care Number 121 false assurance people. I am the suffer with financial crises. Due to my I'll health i am not in a position to pay further charge of Rs. 4, 873.25. please convert my 4 Airtel mobile numbers into Airtel prepaid.
