One of my airtel no has 3600 credit limit and my monthly bill is around 100 rs. I had not pay bill since last 5 month due to smaller vlaue now i am try to pay bill.
In these 5 months they had charge 3 time late payment charge and after call on 198 no (26th oct 2017) they are committed to waive up all late payment charge with in 48 hours. I had wait for 4 days but it has not done. On 1st nov 2017 they had told me that i am given request for waive up your late payment charge and committed now it will waive up in next 24 hours.
On 2nd nov 2017 he was called to 198 no they are refused to waive up and told me these all amount he must pay than and than your no will start and keep me on hold for around 10 min after that call has been disconnected..
But surprizing think is that when i call today (3rd nov 2017) they answered that as of now not any complain or request was given to them for waiver of late payment charge,
I am suffuring from last 15 my no is also block from them.
My problem is not waive up my money but there answer which are change day by day.
From there late response i will pay additional 100 late payment fees for current month bill which are renew yesterday (02nd nov 2017).
