Airtel is cutting rs 35/- from airtel prepaid balance in the name of lifestyle service charges without the knowledge of the customer. I wrote an email complain and told them about it, they apologized and blamed this on some technical failure in their system, they later wrote an email stating that they reversed the 35 rs, but when i checked my balance it was the same, rs 35/- was not reversed now the customer care is stating they have reversed it. Organised loot... Is what airtel is into. I have unlimited calling plan so it's easy for me to remember my talk time balance and due to which i know that they haven't reversed the 35 rs, the question here is not of rs 35/- but business ethics which i feel airtel is not following.
