[Resolved] Airtel — Lost internet connectivity after reactivating 3G | |||
Owning prepaid card([protected]). Reactivated the 3G (on 22nd May 2015)by recharging and after few hours lost the internet connectivity but my 3G plan is active. I have called Airtel customer service many times and tried according to thier advice by changing phone settings, etc... also logged complaints(PR[protected], PR[protected] through thier online complaint portel but they had closed the complaint after providing some other settings.but still same issue. Now today(26 May 2015) i recived a message form airtel that they will update me on 28 May 2015. Why? already 4 days validity is gone. wasted nearly Rs.10 by calling customer care and my precious time but still my issue is not resolved. please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
