Airtel — make own pack is not activating on airtel

Dear sir/madam,
I am facing problem with airtel to make my own pack on airtel always shows successfully after creating pack but that pack is not activating when we ask to airtel customer care they told me that due to technical issue i can't give you solution please wait 24 hours they is telling this from last one week

Dear sir i am doing this from one week but there are no find any solution please help me
