Messages are not getting sent in my mobile, if i call customer care, there is no proper reply from customer care. Though i set smsc number +[protected]in my moto e4plus android mobile, messages are not being sent If i go to local airtel office vikarabad, even there is no proper response and they are asking me to either take new sim and demanding rs 100 for new sim. Or go to hyderabad for solving my problem. It's insane to give such response to a customer. If i wanted to port my number too i'm unable to send sms. They are neither telling the port code or resolving my problem. I have linked this mobile number to back and use this as permanent number so unable to stop using this number. I'm experiencing this problem from around 5months, without proper response from customer care and local airtel stores. I would like to go for raising an complaint in consumers forum as none are resolving my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
