Our director who was travelling to uk and usa for 1 month and 5 days. We were sold international roaming pack by our local airtel shop on one of our mobile numbers. We are airtel corporate client. We were told that this will expire after month. We were not told that it renews automatically.
Airtel has now charged us twice for international roaming pack which is worth 3, 999 + gst each. We have tried to speak with airtel care via phone, email and even airtel outlet in jammu but no help. They are not interested in helping us.
We were mis sold the international roaming pack. We should be charged for the pack when we used it. Not when we were only out of india for last 4-5 days. Airtel has charged us for whole month worth of roaming pack which we had not even asked for.
We would like to get the refund so that our relationship with airtel can continue. Was this information helpful? |
