Dear Sir/Madam
I am post paid account holder with MDN [protected] last two years, I
haven been facing GPRS related issue from last 4 month on one
particular location Village- kanwarpur, Post -Shekhanpur, Tahsil
Lambhu, district sultanpur pin-222303.
I hardily get Edge network that two either uplink is not working or
have downlink issue, there is no 3g and above network in this area,
I did called customer care 121 in the month of may and registered
complaint about GPRS issue even i got call from network team to know
the issue stating that they will call back once issue is resolved . on
3rd of June again i called 3 times on 121, first time my call was
disconnected my the agent. second time another agent transfer my call
to ivr. third time i insisted for supervisor he too disconnected my
call on hold
on 5th of June i got call on my alternate no [protected] from Airtel
asking sir you have placed request to close your services. any way i
asked to cancel the request since i have not made any such request
I called back customer care 5th June to 121 to know how you have
placed request to discontinue my services also asked for supervisor
but none have attend the call however the agent said you will get call
back from our supervisor which i am still waiting
Sir its humble request kindly play the calls which i have made to 121
and do the Justification i know have not requested for disconnection .
this has been done my one of your customer care agent also please
solve my GPRS issue too.
