Number : [protected] Dear Sir/Ma'am Today after long discussion you have cancelled my cancellation request as you wanted to modify my plan providing me 5GB DATA @300 and confirmed me that my rental will be oof Rs. 200 for lifetime. But why the Rs. 199 rental discount is given only for 6 months ? I request you to listen my consent call record, what was said and what is given.After the porting from BSNL I am facing lot of problems . Please provide me a lifetime discount .Even you have deactivated my previous Rs.25 rental discount. I confirmed her that I want lifetime discount only.No problem if it becomes only Rs. 125 along with this plan. Please give me some conclusive response. I want to use your service but your frequent misguidance compelling me to leave the service. My only request please provide me lifetime discount only.
