[Resolved] Airtel — Misguided by airtel employee Vinay Patel regarding dth recharge | |||||
I received call from airtel official Vinay Patel ([protected]) on 04/04/2017, he asked to recharge my dth connection giving me different offers. I explained him that my house is being renovated and i will be unable to use the connection for next 6 to 8 months. So he told me to put dth on hold for 6 month for which i will have to recharge for Rs 199. He told me that I will the the balance will not get deducted and practically i have no loss in recharging. So i recharged my dth online (through airtel.in) and called him again. He told me the connection will be put on hold. Next day i noticed that my connection got recharged with one month plan. Then i tried to solve the issue by calling customer care and Mr Vinay but now Mr Vinay is behaving rudely, his tone changed completely. He misguided me and put me in financial loss of Rs 200.
