[Resolved] Airtel — Misleading data recharge plans | |||||
I logged onto my my airtel app and was looking for a good data plan ..checked in offers for you section ..got plan 228 recharge 1gb 3g day and 1gb night validity 28 days ..after I recharged I get balance notification as 350 mb for main balance ..what kind of ppl do you employ in airtel ..you cheat customers do blatantly ..I'm also having a fixed line m DTH connection from this company and I'm on the verge of moving all my services to your competitors you think ppl have no alternative and are stuck with you so you can charge and fleece them howmuch ever you want ..I've made up my mind to disconnect your services ..mittal can screw off for all I care ..what a dishonest creepy cheat of an organisation ..
