Airtel — misleading or fraud by airtel ([protected]) | |||||
Hi My name is manjot singh and i am using the airtel postpaid no [protected] since last 2-3 years. My bill plan is 275 plus gst and i always got bill of rs 350 to 400 per month. But in the month of november i got bill of rs 5000 which is blunder at airtel end because this is my calling plan and i have never requested for data services on this no but i got bill of rs 5000. They have accepted that this was by mistake and we will rectify the bills. After my complaints they have waved 3000 from bills but my bill was only 275 plus gst 18 % for october 2017. I have requested so many times to rectify the bills otherwise i am not going to pay any amount. But i am not getting any revert or call at airtel end even they have stopped services at my no. According to me my bills amount are as bellow Oct 2017 = 342+18 gst Nov 2017 = 342+18 gst I have complaints so many times for the same but i am not getting proper resolutions at your end. So now i am going to legal proceeding with airtel for making fraud with me. I will took you in court and sue against your company for misleading me and make me mentally upset.
