Airtel — mnp port service | |||
I am sending port sms since one month iam getting reply as unable to generated upc code at present due to system issue. I called customer care for more than 10 times and they will say we will resolve your issue within 24 hours and after putting down the call no response. They have already charged me money for porting with the previous port code to convert to postpaid which is expired in between this process. Now iam unable to generate new upc. Thought to lodge a complaint and not providing me service. Such a pathetic service airtel provides really Customer care is useless no technical knowledge for there executives all foolish people Was this information helpful? | |||
