Airtel — mobile always shows out of coverage area when I am at home

Dear Airtel
Its i think i have done biggest mistake of my life by doing porting my mobile in airtel.
Its really poor service from airtel in my home town i have sumitted 10 complaints at your 12118 but no responce from them.
Requesting you to please do the need ful immediatly or else i have to do porting again in other network sorry but i have experienced a very bad service from airtel and also no reply from any of your teams.
Sorry but airtel is loosing its customer rating because of this...and stop doing big adds about airtel.
Pls cleare your network complaints first..
