Airtel — mobile bills without usage when zero network | |||
Airtel postpaid mobile account number: [protected] Their are 7 postpaid mobile numbers in the connection, indore, mp Their is no network from past 6 months Complaint for the same raised with airtel from last 3 months atleast Complaint remains active unresolved till now, 4 out of 7 numbers is account have zero usage, zero incoming zero outgoing zero sms zero internet as their is no network at the location, to be able to use the mobiles. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) Airtel is still just asking for bills without any usage, zero usage, when their is zero network and complaint of network also un resolved from 3 months, How can company charge when zero network zero incoming zero outgoing, making a fool of the customer.
