[Resolved]  Airtel — Mobile data

Address:Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

Please be informed that since last two weeks not able to access internet from my mobile ( [protected]) and complaining the same to your customer service and technical cell. But till date problem is not resolved but bill charges remain same. Since it is more than two weeks I have no patience to hold on and would like to migrate to other service providers. Also would like to proceed legally with Airtel. Regards. Raja Banerjee

As per consumer recharge with 246 for airtel 3g while he do not download any other but now when i cheak i found that only 200 mb data left in my account.

Dear airtel,
I have recharged with Rs 255. 3G Mobile internet pack on 30.03.15 .in my regular pack But after the recharge I have connect with net.it s indicates only 2G Services.not for 3G Service.and also regular pack 1.25 GB only.In this time 1.5 GB date are showing why.I have condact ur customer care people he not give proper information.
The worst service I hav ever experienced. I have recharged for 3g yesterday night but its not working even it is working it is working only when i am away from my room surroundings but today it is not at all responding at any place. where ever i try to call to customer support it is self talking no where we can explain our complains by talking to the customer support members. Very very poor service .i was totally exhausted with it . no calls or outgoing n incoming wen im at my place mobile data is not at all showing the signal when it is active. Please be serious on my complaint . My tamilnadu airtel number is [protected]
Worst service earlier my problem used to be fr one night but now It is same from a week . Please be responsible atleast . respond to customers problem and find a way u can interact with customers and their problems through phone
