[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile internet charges when sim was not in use and even not in mobile handset

Ref. to my Airtel number [protected] I received its bill of Rs 992 to my citicard billpay service with due date on 27 feb 2015. But I have not been using the mobile sim since last few months as it was installed in my car and the device is not functioning. I made a complain about it, to airtel authorities, but none is listening to me. Kindly ask airtel to cancel these unjustified charges. My advance rental for the sim expires in JUN 2015 Ravindra kumar [protected]
