[Resolved] Airtel — Mobile internet charges when sim was not in use and even not in mobile handset | |||
Ref. to my Airtel number [protected] I received its bill of Rs 992 to my citicard billpay service with due date on 27 feb 2015. But I have not been using the mobile sim since last few months as it was installed in my car and the device is not functioning. I made a complain about it, to airtel authorities, but none is listening to me. Kindly ask airtel to cancel these unjustified charges.
