Airtel — mobile no. [protected] not start

Sir,
I had port my mobile no. [protected] from idea postpaid to airtel prepaid. It has been ported on 16.03.18 to airtel but my number is not in service. I had check in may time in airtel office. They always says problem resolve within 48 hrs.
Please resolve my problem and help to start my mobile no. [protected].
