Im living in KSA and have been recharging and maintaining my mobile number ([protected]) properly as I use it for all home transactions. Now all of a sudden, the signal on my number is lost and cant receive any messages.
When emailed to their customer care, they ask me to call from same number (how is that eve possible!!!) and send from registered email address (which im doin it already!!!). I had even tried by sending my family member to airtel showroom to seek support. They go a step further by saying that this is due to TRAI guidelines!!!. This is so frustrating, why would a regulatory authority bock any number that is well registered under my ID and being maintained.
This automated BOT reply is so annoying and I couldn't reach for a solution. Because of this all my work is hindered and spoiled. Im facing monetary losses due to this unethical response.
Im looking for resolution in this subject and demanding my number to get restored!
