[Resolved]  Airtel — Mobile postpaid bill

Dear sir,
We have organize my postpaid mobile bill an number of [protected] and we have accepted unlimited plan 499/- + sevice tax (Including unlimited std, roaming, etc) but this month we received airtel bill an amount of rupees 834/- so, till date we can't pay we request to you please solve the problem. So, i will go ahead the bill clear.

Dear Kamal Amba,

As mentioned above, if your connection is Unlimited (All services) means you need o pay more than your plan Tariff of Rs.499/-. Also if they (Airtel) not ready to accept your payments as per your plan means just droop a RTI letter to Airtel with a copy to TRAI. Also If they tried to force you to pay more that plan amount means suite them a Consumer Case in Consumer court.

Hi my customer ID is [protected] I am getting error 14 saying view card incorrect. Please note my settop box was not in use for couple of months after that I recharged it initially it was saying account inactive but now it says error 14 . please assist.
