Airtel — money deducted from bank and recharge was unsuccessful

I recharged my airtel number with 499 rs through my airtel app the recharge was unsucceful money got debited from my bank account the company isnt refunding my money back and there is no transaction history for failed transaction in my airtel app. Again i tried recharging through phonepay there also the same problem
Airtel has become the worst network
