Airtel — money deducted from bank but not received in payment bank

As i have done my last transaction to add money in airtel payment ac of rs 429 but amount deducted from bank but not received in my airtel bank account. Please return my money asap.

As i hve mailed you request so many times but you guys are not responding and even i have the successful confirmation of payment to add money but the money has not been added till now. Kindly intervene asap
