Airtel — money is being deducted

A unwanted transaction of 6 rupees is being made from my airtel payments bank at 18:20 on 28 dec 2017. i didn't made any transaction from my payments bank acc. bt the money is being deducted. Showing a transaction id :-BATCH[protected]
and to whom the transaction is made is on the picture which i have attached the compliant. Now if there is any type of action not been taken, i will be forced to use my consumer rights.Thankyou
