I did a Airtel d2h recharge on 5th April but by mistake I put wrong customer id i.e, ([protected]). I immediately called customer care and they said the money will be refunded back within 48 hrs. I waited for 48 hrs. but instead they cancelled my request. I again raised complaint about money refund and airtel customer care said that the money will be refunded by 15th April and now on 18th April they saying due to time void they will not refund the money. They wasted our time for so long and now put the time void reason for not refunding the money.
I did this recharge through Paytm app
