Airtel — most unprofessional, unreliable service provider in india | |||||
I have a fixed line & broadband plan from airtel which was working normal till eom - jan, 2016. But airtel pushed me to go vfibre, first they promised that you get 24 mbps speed in heart of bangalore. Things seemed to be good for 10 day's and since feb, 2016 till date it has gone worst. First they don't have good infrastructure, good technicians and reliable service. They only are good in paid media advertisement. They sell connections, but to pity they have 0.4 mbps download and 8 mbps upload plan. The good part of airtel is their billing, inspite of no services they definitely expects you to pay. Infrastructure wise, they are still using old copper cables, boosting the n/w to provide services, which every alternate weeks breaks down. Have spoken with multiple airtel subscribers and all complain of the same issue. I have numerous complains, but they close the same with out consulting with me. On one occasion one of the customer service manager of airtel told me - "airtel policy states that customer feedback is not necessary to close tickets". Which literally means customer in india doesn't matter to airtel. This is a fraud company, please friends - if you have better options look for it first. Doesn't revert or choose airtel incase you have alternative. Was this information helpful? | |||||
