Airtel — my airtel bank account [protected] has been frozen without even notifying me and i am restricted to make any kind of transaction from it. | |||||
This happened only after instaling and using airtel money bank drom 3-4 days after. I made 2 succesfull transaction from airtel money bank then as i went to pay my electricity bill my transaction failed and my money got deducted through my bank account though it is credited in my wallet so back then my total balance of wallet was rs 1100.09 and still its the same because after that i was unable to make any transaction and they froze my account Even after sending them 10_15 mails there response was the same i got the same replies and nothing has been done by them since I request you to take my complaint agiants airtel payment bank and i want to go after them legally for making such kinds of frauds.
