Airtel — my airtel payment bank status inactive or closed

This is Balaji. I am using Airtel number :. [protected] and my adhaar number :[protected]...I can't open in this bank.airtel they own automatically create my account .My Airtel payment bank is inactive or closed permanently...bt my adhaar bank linking status is inactive status.so lot of problem faced now..so pls Airtel payment bank permanently closed my account... Thanking you..
