Airtel — my airtel prepaid number is charged for a service i did not register

My airtel prepaid number is [protected].

Between 24-oct and 01-nov, i was charged rs 35 twice from my prepaid balance for a service called bioscope. This was activated on my mobile at 8:24 pm on 24/10/2018 and again renewed yesterday for a period of 7 days without my permission or my asking for the same.

I have stopped the service today morning after discovering the same. However, this service was activated on my phone without my permission. This kind of auto-activation of a service and then deducting from my pre-paid balance should not be allowed by airtel.

Request you to look at my complaint and refund the amount (17/- rs) charged immediately.
