Airtel — My airtel prepaid sim was suddenly deactivated

Dear sir
I dr. Manoj shukla is using air tel prepaid sim from last 10+years but yesterday air tel company sudden deactivated my sim. When i contacted company mp - nagar bhopal office and talk to mr. Pramod-[protected], he said that your sim replacement is required. I have replaced my prev. Sim and paid 180 rs, for sim replacement. And he said that your sim will activated with in 2 or 3 hrs. But my sim was not activated yet. I felt cheated
Since i am your regular customer since last 10+ years so pls resolve my issue and oblige us.
