My mobile no. Is [protected]. Since 6 months my airtel wallet account has been dormanted.
For activating the account we have mailled not less then 15-20 mails at your payment customer bank account & have made almost 25-30 calls on 198.
According to their instructions we have followed the procedure but still till date our account is dormanted.
We have visited the gallery also 4-5 times as per the customer payment bank instruction but over there also our kyc is not being updated & even we have been trying alot many times on airtel thanks app but still the kyc is not being activated.
After calling the customer care people they instruct us to go to the gallery people nd vice versa. We don't understand what should we do because we feel they are just fooling us around and wasting our time.
Kindly let us know what should we do?
Now, let us take an example :
If we had lakhs of balance in our account which we don't have but still if that was the case then who would be responsible for our money? If our account is being dormanted for a longer time (The same way as it is being dormanted right now) then what is the use of having such account?
And even after happening all of this do you think we will recommend it to people and give positive reviews about it?
With this we are sending the error screenshots that took place at the airtel gallery & even airtel thanks app.
It's been 6 months and end of our patience level so we are going to forward this mail to rbi & consumer forum as well.
