Respected sir,
I recharged my airtel prepaid number [protected] on 27/05/18. Since it was a special recharge they transferred that balance to some dedicated account and not the main account. And when i called the customer support helpline, they refused to transfer that balance to my main account saying that this is not possible. Since, i am already having my number recharged with unlimited plan of 399 for 84 days which will expire on 19 august 2018, i cannot use those rs. 440 of my dedicated account that are going to expire on 9 june 2018. Upon calling, the customer care executive just repeat the words "we told you about the details and benefits of your plan, thank you for being with airtel".
I request you to pay attention towards my problem and find a solution because rs. 440 is a quite expensive for me. Was this information helpful? |
