I'm having internet issues with my network provider, airtel for last 1 year. I've contacted them several times on different platforms like twitter, customer care etc. But i've not gotten proper assistance. They always asks me for time but they never gets back to me and they keeps sending me a link which shows that network quality in my area (Peshwa road, gole market, new delhi - 110001) is excellent, that in reality is not true. Recently, i've recharged my phn no. With rs 169 monthly pack but i'm not able to use it. So, request you to look into the matter as soon as possible and help me getting my money back.
