dear sir, iam a silver custmer of our airtel network dated 10/07/2015 time 5.50 (evining) recharge through my mobile banking amt of 169 (1 gb 3g ) after reacharge 200mb is recived remaining 800 mb is not updated next day 11/7/2015 is used my net my main ballance amount of 1268.00 deducted, later i call the custmere care center people siad u r using more than 300 mb data then 01k * 4*300 1268 amount I was shocked how yesterday i recharged 1 gb net ballance 800 mb some technical problems 800 mb not updated so reaming balance of mb is updated later ( my ballence of 1268 ) they are not give proper way the answer so kindly refunded to my ballance thank you sir, i nageswara naik dr no 2-207 sugalicolny chilakaluripet 522616 guntur dist andhrapradesh MOBILE NO [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
