Airtel — my network disconnected even though the account is activated | |
My network disconnected even though the account is activated. This is happening for last 4 days i. E. From 15 may 2018. Today when i went to check with the airtel service desk at reliable tech park airoli, the concerned person changed the sim and sait it will be activated in 2 hours. I want to know, even after being loyal customer for years how airtel can disconnect my network without my knowledge. 4 days of disconnection - loss of my communication and data as well. We opt for a mobile connection to be able to communicate in emergency, but if the service provider disconnects the network should be responsible for all the consequences due to their such act.
