Airtel — My old mobile no lost and issuing old number , in my aadhar card same mobile no is mentioned, in the bank same number registered

They are not issuing me old number as the number is mention in my aadhar card, in the bank, other etc.
i lost my moble no three days before, i came in the modeel town airtel showroom, .
They gave me reason that my old photo not matching with my new photo.
So please provide my the old number.
