Even after paying on 18th octrober, i’m stil receiving calls to pay

I visited your office in fort on 1st november, there i was informed
That the payment has gone to airtel money. It will be solved in 24 hrs.
Not only the problem is not yet solved but outgoing calls were stopped
On 4th november and the outgoing calls were stopped on 5th november.
I have also received new bill of rs.2198.85. I am being inconvenienced a lot.
