Yesterday 23-5-18 i recharged my airtel mobile number [protected] with rs.149/-
After purchase i got confirmation message from airtel and money deducted from my bank account, but product or pack is not activated till now.
I called customer care and asked for help
They told "some technical issue is occurred at airtel maintenance side, we will activate your pack after 6 hours.
But after 6 hours also pack was not activated".
I called customer care again, they said same thing but this time they increased the time to resolve my issue to next day
The staff were not cooperative, poor knowledgeable, don't have proper manners
And they are not listening my issue. Instead of accepting my complaint they cut the call and denied my request.
So i called again asked "why you guys cut the call and why you denying my request or complaint"
They told very politely that "we have no option to cut the call but we have a special feature that is automatic call denying option at airtel executive end".
I don't know how airtel only using this call denying feature and dropping customer calls intentionally.
This is the work culture of airtel and tgeir employees and this is way they are behaving with customers denying complaints.
Worst airtel customer care services.
I don't know whom to contact bcz customer care only not listening to customer problems, then what is the use of customer care.
