Airtel — my sim card not activated | |||
Hi, Recently i purchased an Airtel 4g Dongle on 13th February 2017. I was promised that the sim would be activated on 24 hrs. It has been more than 24 hrs and the sim card is not working. I cant call anywhere or go out without wifi. We have been calling customer care 5 - 6 times a day and each representative had his own story to tell. They cant help me. As we use the internet frequently we cannot wait longer. We demand that Airtel provide reliable customer care and prompt service.
