I have made a recharge of rupees 35 for which my call rate becomes 50 paise/min from paytm, for 28 days, on 1 august 2017, but today i got message that your pack is expiring today and today is 3 august 2017

I want a refund or increase in valadity of my pack
I[censored] refund my money so please give me on my paytm account on the same no
And i also recharge from this no
