Airtel — neither providing service nor resolving the problem | |||
I am unable to do outgoing call and not receiving calls from last night onwards. I have only airtel sim, contacted airtel customer service to fix the problem. Response from rep: your sim is damaged and take duplicate sim, My sim is not damaged i am damn sure 3 of my collegues who are using airtel also facing same problem. They send me message issue resolved with ref no: rsewk[protected]. (But my issue was not resolved) Tried again to contact them Response from rep: dial #21# or #002# (For deactivating call divert) - told 100% will fix, Tried again to contact them, This time they were telling again some prank. Conclusion: airtel is consuming money from customers and not providing services. Was this information helpful? | |||
