After Showing Advertisement on Television, and at shop, I port my number from Idea to Airtel, but I found there are many problems in Airtel Network when using, From Date of Start I regularly followup with Airtel Care on 12118 but They are always gives me fake commitment and After 40 days of Service I am still facing same problem and they again need 60 days period, When I was launched complaint on 19th July they are not taken seriously and tolerate my request.
Sir, Please give me Approval of Port My Number to Idea, I am Ready to Pay Remaining 2 Months Payment but I don't want to Use Airtel Service.
Because after 40 days I really Harassed due to Airtel Service, I have taken 50, 000 Loss in my Business because I can't Call to my Clients on Time.
Ex.- 1.) When you want to Call Someone you need to try to call him for 30 min. after 30min. call will connect.
2. if you want to try pay any online payment, using online app like You tube. You need to special time to see 2 min video - in just 30min. or 1 hr. on 4G NETWORK.
3. After this Harassment, you want to call Customer Care you need to try this call for MORE THAN 100 Times, And After connect to customer Care they are give me Some Affiliate Officer Mr. Sahani's Contact Number, And After 40 days all they are useless.
Airtel is Always is Providing Fake Commitment, please Ban This Network. and please give me approval to PORT my Number.
