Airtel — network and speed issue

From last 8 months i am complaining about 4g speed and network issue to airtel but still no improvement in service. I paid bills on time. Regularly i put mail and done complaints for the same. My mobile no. [protected]. Each time i am getting only one answer ‘our team is working on it’. Please take proper action to get it solved. They told me to take new sim from store. 2 times i went to store for sim once they told me that they don’t sim and second time they told that there system is not working. Really worst service by airtel. Please take proper action against them.

From Nov 10th to 22nd 2018 unable to make outgoing calls inspite of paying on time. Inconvenience caused by your inefficient service inspite of various complaints at customer care and store visit. Bill needs to be reduced by 15 days
