Airtel — Network busy, weak signal (Network), very slow gprs is very common phenomenon

My name is bidhan haldar having airtel number [protected] facing very inconvenience using airtel mobile service. 1.Network busy is very common : previously it heppened many times. Last 26.11.15. 11pm to till now - network busy. 2. Disturbance after connection is another embarrassing situation, call ended up due to weak signal 3. People of my contact complaining that i am unavailable on when they are trying to connect me. 4. Very very weak gprs service - i had been using mobile office gprs package, but very upset with gprse service, (Speed is less than 2kb/s), complain so many times, but no result, though airtel claim via problem has been solved.
My address is uttar saptagram, bishore para kodalia, nimta, kolkata - 700158. I would like to mention that it not only my local area problem but everywhere... The worst mobile network service.
