Its been over 15 days that there is very bad network in the area I am staying. I had been to nearby airtel center 10 days back they assured it will be rectified in two days.If nothing happens to this problem I am afraid I have to change my connection to some other brand. kindly look into the matter.

In my area bed data network connection in 2G speed, very slow speed in internet serfing

Madam/Sir, I am using two sim of Airtel whose details is as follows- 1([protected])- Use for calling 2.([protected]) - For Internet use(3G) About more than one months i am facing a lot of problem due to connectivity problem neither i am able to call any my friends nor i receive any call during the time when i stay in my room.Due to connectivity problem i am unable to use my internet in my room properly. I tried several time to connect with customer care to register my complain but all my effort went in vain.Please Resolve my problem as soon as possible. My Present Residential Address where i am facing these problem regularly is follows- Name-Vaibhav Chittranshi At- A-47 3rd Floor Shakarpur Delhi-110092 near Sanjay Park shiv mandir Please Take appropriate action as soon as possible.

I have already logged three times complain about network issue, but airtel Service Specialist not able to resolve the problem facing during the call and also I have been seen that without any notification my these three complain has been closed automatically without any concern. bellow are the reference number.
