Airtel — network connection is very poor

This is sibaram, our company (Micro labs limited) is situated in industrial area, jigani link road, bommasandra, bangalore-560105. Here we are using more no. Of airtel network for offcial purposes and last few month onwards, we are facing lot of network issue, hence, the internet was working with 2g and also some times automatically switching off the data.
