Airtel — network coverage issues unresolved | |||
Sir/ madam, I (Anant d datar) am using airtel no. Since last 10 years now. Also one more airtel no which is been used by my father mr. Dilip datar. Since october 5, 2017 we are facing terrible network coverage issue at my billing address with complaint no. 80123254 launched on october 7th, 2017. It been more than 1 month now we are still facing the same issue without any improvement. Person named mr. Mohan kanse from network team visited my billing address to verify the network coverage. He also agreed that there is absolutely zero network coverage at billing address because of which we are facing call drop problems and even others are not able to call me as no. Appears to be not reachable. On november 6th 2017 i received following sms from airtel 'dear customer, with ref. To service request no. 80123254 on your airtel mobile, a new tower is required in your area & we are exploring options for smooth installation of the same. We will keep you posted on the timeliness. Thank you for your patience. Check the coverage in your area at www.airtel.in/opennetwork.' For your kind reference this is not my 1st complain about this issue to airtel. Is not with me as of now. My question to airtel is simple if you cant improve network in last 7 years how can you even expect me to believe that you will actually install new tower to improve network now? Over the years so many people of your network department have visited at the billing address to conduct network survey. Some of them were mr. Nikhil ghorpade, mr. Deepak and mr. Mohan kanse. Its feel sad to say that airtel not doing anything to resolve the issue. Installing network amplifier (Booster) will not be the solution as airtel does not pay me any rental for the same and machine consume lot of electricity too. I wont bare any such cost were i dont get reimburse for the same. I want proper fixed and final update as to when things going to improve otherwise airtel should not expect me to pay any bill hence forth. Kindly take the matter on extreme priority other wise i will left with no choice to switch to different service provider who will atleast resolve any such issues in quick time unlike airtel.
