Airtel — network issue 3g/4g

In my screen every 30 second once I have pop msg that msg like this SIM toolkit invalid input.
Please resolve this as soon as possible

Network problam facing this big problem in my own residency aria % so sir ji plese tack your valuable actinon this kind thank you my aria pin code 333302 calls no responce my aria auto maticly stop calls i facing tn this problam some month so sir i request u plese action this problam

I changed my number from airtel postpaid to prepaid, Sim card not showing network connectivity. I done below steps

1. Restart phone
2. Reinsert sim card

This is worst professional behavior that you are doing with customers. Let me know the fast solution for it. I lost my connectivity with my family.
